Stress can be cured by taking a vacation, or some sort of break from day to day life. We haven't found the time to take that break, even since we were first engaged a while back. We've been on vacation for a week, and I will say we've had a lot of fun with it so far. It's been a nice occasion to forget about home for a while, and not be constantly stressing about our wedding.

Even though this is supposed to be an escape for us, I've found that the engagement is still something I'm thinking about. When I think about it, it's foolish to think I'd really be able to forget about the wedding.

I do have so much on my mind, but even with that, I've definitely been enjoying our getaway as much as possible for me. My fiancée has already decided what he wants, It's only myself who's been so indecisive.

Everything gets so tough when all the weight is put on my shoulders, so it's a good thing that I've been getting a lot of support from my family. Because of the kind of help and support I will hopefully continue receiving, I know I can make my decisions in time. I've learned that the amount of stress you have to deal with will end up affecting your ability to make decisions. So it's no surprise that it's been essential for me to find a way to deal with stress, as to focus on my true wants and needs. I'm on vacation, so I want to be able to put everything aside and enjoy myself while I can. We've seen and done a lot already, and there is no doubt that it's been exhilarating so far. Even though there's only 3 more days until we return, we're trying to squeeze in as much as we can while it's still feasible.

Everyone is usually presented with strenuous decisions, at least a couple of times within their lifetime. One of this tough decisions might be picking a wedding dress, which I am still trying to do. I'm only getting more nervous about not having a dress yet, because the wedding gets closer with each passing day. This is one thing that my fiancée is not going to be able to help me out with; I hope that soon enough I will find the dress that makes me feel amazing when I first try it on.

The two of us have also spent a lot of time shopping around for different items and gifts to go along with the wedding. My fiancée and I have looked at lots of different sets of diamonds for the ceremony in particular. Our diamond engagement rings chosen, we now are looking to the bridal party jewelry. The way things have been going up to now, it seems like we're going to end up buying more diamonds, in some form. Our expert gemologist is helping make sure we buy the real thing. Like I said, I don't want our wedding to be stressful, so I hope we don't make the same mistakes that many other young couples do. I know the two of us can work anything out, so when I think about it, I'm not concerned we won't have everything prepared for the ceremony. Despite what I've said, if any problems accompany our wedding, we won't be able to make the day one that we can cherish and remember. If we can manage to tie everything together, we'll be in great shape and I'm confident we will have a great experience. We'll always need to make time for ourselves as a couple, no matter how many different things we have going on. It doesn't really feel to me, or to my fiancée I'm sure, that we've gotten much free time in light of everything else.

I hope we'll finally be able to enjoy ourselves, because we've recently planned a short trip and a few other things within the weeks to come. I'm looking forward to just spending some time with my fiancée, and I hope we'll be able to distract ourselves from everything else.
